Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team at support@milkandhoney.com with your order number to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
